These policies keep appointments smooth, on-time, and stress-free for everyone. If you have questions, just ask!

Please read before booking ✿

Deposits & Payment

Deposits help secure your appointment time.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your slot.
  • Remaining balance: Due at the appointment (cash, card, or preferred method).
  • No-shows: Deposit is forfeited and rebooking may require a new deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — just communicate early.

  • 24-hour notice: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
  • Rescheduling: Please reschedule as soon as possible to protect your deposit.
  • Emergency situations: We’ll work with you case-by-case.

Late Arrivals

Being on time keeps the day running smoothly.

  • Grace period: 10–15 minutes (depending on the style/time booked).
  • 15+ minutes late: You may need to reschedule (deposit may be forfeited).
  • Repeated lateness: May require prepayment for future bookings.

Hair Prep

Arriving prepared helps you get the best results.

  • Please arrive with detangled hair unless otherwise noted.
  • If your service includes shampoo, come with hair free of heavy product buildup.
  • Excessive detangling/matting may add time and an additional fee.

Service Details

Make sure you choose the correct style when booking.

  • Prices listed are starting prices and may vary by length/thickness.
  • Hair included only when stated in the style description.
  • Please arrive with inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind.

Guests & Children

For comfort and focus, space is limited.

  • One guest max (or none, depending on studio policy).
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Excess guests may be asked to wait outside.

Health & Safety

Your safety and scalp health matter.

  • Please disclose allergies/sensitivities in the booking notes.
  • If you have an active scalp condition (open sores, severe irritation), service may be declined.
  • Clean tools and sanitation are practiced between clients.

Refunds & Adjustments

We want you to love your hair.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • All services are final — no refunds after completion.
  • If something isn’t right, contact us within 24–48 hours for an adjustment (if applicable).
